A Bit About Me

If I had to pick three words to describe myself I would choose: compassionate, empathetic, and solution oriented. My goal is to make a client feel safe, heard, and supported as we navigate the client’s health/wellness journey together. Think of me as your health and wellness bestie who you can call, talk through situations with, brainstorm a game plan with, and so much more. I look forward to getting to know you as we navigate your unique health and wellness vision together!

My extensive background in clinical patient care led me towards the holistic side of health and wellness, where we take a more integrative approach and have more time to dive deep together! I obtained my health coaching certification so I could explore people’s health and wellness journeys on a more personal level. I often felt like I was just touching the surface in clinical care, but now I get to see the bigger picture and follow alongside clients, which I love. I want people to know they don’t have to feel unheard, stuck, or alone; and they can do more for their health and wellness, in addition to their routine medical appointments.*

*Health coaches work cohesively with client’s existing clinicians to help client’s achieve their goals. Coaches strongly encourage clients to regularly check in with their existing medical team. We are not meant to be a replacement, rather an additional resource and health advocate.

What Is Health Coaching?

Most people know what they need to do, they just can’t bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Life happens. And distractions are everywhere. But with coaching comes accountability and a partnership!

Coaching bridges the gap between knowledge and action, wanting and doing. And if you simply don’t know yet, that’s okay too! Coaching guides you through every step of the way, to figure out a custom plan and put you back in the driver’s seat of your life!
